- Aged between 18 and 30
- Based anywhere in the South West, Nigeria.
- Presently unemployed and seeking technical skills needed by employers or for self-employment.
- Have a Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE), Ordinary National Diploma (OND), National Certificate in Education (NCE) or equivalent.
- Have a guarantor who can vouch for your sincerity and readiness.
